CCC True to OneSource Connector: Users of CCC One (which is used nation wide in over 11,000 auto body repair shops), in the zip codes you service, are able to see your parts and automatically check pricing and availability in real time (from OneSource). Orders placed from CCC One are imported into OneSource for you.

‘Custom’ CCC True Connector: We have several years of CCC True integration experience. We will first perform an analysis on your existing database to determine the feasibility of integrating your system to CCC True. If so, we will create the necessary web services to allow CCC True to connect to your system (automatically, in real time) to get pricing, availability, and place new Sales Orders into your system. Our fees for these these services are as follows: $480 to perform initial feasibility analysis. $4,800 to create, setup, test, and publish all necessary web services. $576/month for on-going support* and hosting for the first 12 months. Then $106/month for on-going support* and hosting thereafter. *Any additional programming changes necessary after initial, successful GoLive is available for $144/hr.

| On-Site Training: OneSource provides nationwide product support and services that are equally effective to on-site training via interactive PC to PC training, training CD’s, telephone support, user manuals and web-based support (on-line help manuals). In fact, if your company follows the terms of our OneSource GoLive Transition Agreement and you still feel that you need additional training after going live, we will provide up to another 16 hours (2 full days!) of training free of charge. 99% of our customers get up and running with our effective training methods and procedures over the phone and the web. On the other hand, if you simply prefer on-site training, this service is available for a flat fee of $2,800 per day (2 day minimum + travel expenses). |
